You can send your requests and complaints related to your personal data to us at info@isosenerji.com in accordance with Article 13 of the KVKK and Article 5 of the Notification on Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, published in the Official Gazette No. 30356 dated 10.03.2018, along with your identity verification information.

You can also submit your written applications to Halkapınar Mah. Pakistan Blv. 1203 Sk. Onuk Plaza No:13/S Konak/İZMİR. As a personal data subject, if you submit your requests related to your rights through the methods outlined in this Privacy Notice to ISOS Energy, ISOS Energy will conclude the request free of charge within thirty days at the latest, according to the nature of the request. However, a fee will be charged if the Personal Data Protection Board stipulates a fee. This Privacy Notice was updated on 30/10/2023. In case of any changes,

the effective date and content will be updated.
